Linen is made from thread which comes from lint. Lint is made in the third step of processing rotten flax. Linen is used in obelisks and lining a papyrus press to make papyrus paper. After lint is spun into thread on a small distaff, load 400 thread into a student loom or a hand loom to make 1 linen.
