Clay is a basic resource that is used to facilitate the creation of other commodities. Clay is gathered from deposits throughout Egypt. In order to collect clay, you need to have at least 1 water in your inventory. When you click the gather clay icon, you will pour 1 water per deben of clay you collect. You must wait approximately 5 seconds before you can gather clay in a spot you have already gathered clay from. You can use clay through your special menu to create wet grain mortars. At a you can use clay to make wet clay jugs. When collecting clay, there is a chance you may dig up some flint as well.
